Eataly started with a simple idea, and from that has grown into a multi-dimensional marketplace and premier retail centre for Italian delicacies. Their brand stays true to the simple yet sophisticated essence of the Italian marketplace.

I was tasked with producing a brand book for Eataly by CBRE, to enable the commercial real estate firm to promote the Eataly brand to prospective locations in Toronto for their flagship Canadian location.

Along with the use of this asset, CBRE successfully supported Eataly in locating their first location in Toronto, which launched on November 15, 2019.
